Main duties:
- Maximize and develop revenues from the food and beverage outlets
- Coordinate and monitor the various services delivered by the department in order to ensure that guests receive the best possible service
- Take part in drawing F&B sales and marketing plan
- Take part in the department’s budget preparations
- Integrate, train and supervise the F&B team
- Initiate new projects and ensure they are put into practice
Candidate profile includes:
- Minimum 2 years experience on this position in hotel F&B or related professional area
- Strong understanding of financials and budgeting
- Hospitality & Customer oriented
- Excellent Leadership skills
- Very good Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Ability to analyse and anticipate
- Proactive and decisive
- Positive attitude and self control
- Fluent in English
