The InterContinental Warszawa is the prime property in this thriving capital, amongst the largest hotels in Poland with 404 rooms, out of which 77 are "Residential Apartments". A landmark building, located right in the commercial centre of Poland's capital.

Key duties and responsibilities:
- Provides direction, and conducts market research and analysis
- Sells to new and existing customers considering goals set forth in the sales strategy
- Develop and maintain a regular pattern of sales calls, meeting with principals of target market
- Implement hotel-level tactical sales plans as assigned
- Produce monthly reports and sales forecasts for assigned area of responsibility
- Attend conventions and trade shows to promote new business and increase sales for the hotel
- Actively participate in forecasting and goal setting
- Handling client site inspections and client entertainment
- Negotiating contracts provide client proposals in accordance with established departmental policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- Required minimum 3 years Hotel sales experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
